We carry out all construction work necessary for the creation of a padel court, a complex or an entire sports club. In cooperation with the best proven partners on the market, we carry out precise earthworks and stabilization of the subsoil. Depending on the specifics of the terrain and budget, we offer three types of technological foundation systems.
1. DRAINAGE NON-SLAPPING BASE STRUCTURE
Highly effective for our climatic conditions and an economical option.
A more affordable substructure solution that significantly reduces the initial investment. The heavy steel and glass court structure is securely and firmly anchored by a massive reinforced perimeter concrete belt. The inner playing surface, thanks to the advanced material structure, is fully water-permeable, which completely eliminates the need for building gradient layers. Water immediately drains vertically into the underlying gravel subgrade, so the surface remains safe and playable even immediately after heavy rain.
3. MODULAR WPC PLATFORM
Our patented solution for specific terrains with a 10-year warranty.
An innovative permanent, yet demountable system developed for installation on uneven surfaces, grass or sand without the need for demanding earthworks and concrete work. The composite construction on the rectification targets allows for quick and clean assembly, perfectly levels the surface and, if necessary, offers the possibility of complete disassembly and easy movement of the entire court to a new location. We provide an above-standard ten-year warranty for this unique solution.
Technical specifications:
The basis of the entire system are robust steel beams of the UPN 200 type, diagonally fixed couplers made of high-strength structural steel of the S275JR class. Maximum structural integrity and tensile and compressive strength are guaranteed by special reinforcing WPC boards at the joints, which are firmly fixed with high-strength M12 bolts of the 8.8 class.

2. MONOLITHIC REINFORCED CONCRETE SLAB (SLAB SYSTEM WITH PERIPHERAL REINFORCEMENT)
A premium solution designed for professional courts.
It represents the most structurally stable system with maximum load-bearing capacity and dimensional stability. The base is a massive reinforced concrete slab, which is reinforced around the entire perimeter with a deep reinforced belt (ring). This combination creates a rigid monolithic unit that safely transfers the load from the glass and steel walls of the court and resists wind pressure. The entire surface is precisely sloped. The standard slope ranges from 0.5–0.8%, while in the climatic conditions of the Czech Republic, a slope of up to 1.0% is fully acceptable for rapid drainage of rain. This guarantees a dry surface without affecting the trajectory of the ball's bounce.
